Where the service is offered on a No Win, No Fee basis, it means that you will pay Jackson Boyd a maximum fee of 20% plus VAT if your claim is successful. This fee will be deducted from your compensation along with any unrecovered solicitor's fees and expenses, as outlined in your Funding Agreement. Additionally, a cancellation fee may be charged by a third party or panel solicitor if you cancel outside the 14-day cooling-off period.

We also don’t charge you extra if you are at fault.
The only time we would charge you is if we find out you’re making a fraudulent claim — for example, a staged accident. In this situation, you’d be liable for all hire car charges.
