You may not have heard of BS10125, but we have, we know it means that your car is in very good hands!
We’re not the kind of place to leave you in the lurch. We’ll make sure you have a temporary replacement vehicle to nip about in while yours is being repaired, and we’ll make sure all our passengers get the support they need, if they need it.
BS10125 is an industry standard specification that details the minimum a repairer must carry out on a vehicle following an accident.
It is designed to ensure garages always match the manufacturer’s specifications, and, more importantly, makes sure your car is roadworthy and safe to drive.
We also only use genuine, brand new manufacturer's guarantee parts. You might assume that’s a given, but most insurers tend to use second hand or "green parts". It’s all there in your policy’s fine print.
The Claimsline repairing garage will provide a lifetime workmanship guarantee for the quality of the repair of your vehicle for as long as you are the registered owner.
For personal injury where the service is offered at No win no Fee this means that a customer will typically pay 42% Inclusive of VAT of any amount recovered by a panel solicitor although this will be subject to your individual circumstances and the actual fee may be less than this, but it will never be more.
