Skip your excess payments . Keep your no claims safe . Get a same day replacement car . Save £537* on average . All at no cost to you
*We saved on average clients £537* Over the past 12 months, from 2nd May 2022 to 2nd May 2023, we provided a replacement vehicle to 4,092 clients, and we are pleased to report that none of them had to pay any excess. Our clients have saved an average of £537, which is based on the average excess amount that our clients would have had to pay during that period.
If you’re not at fault, we don’t charge an excess. Rescuing a cool £537* from your insurer on average. Even if you are at fault you could still save £150.
Your insurer can’t take away your no claims if you never claim with them. But claim with us, and it’ll be even safer.
Your vehicle will be collected and delivered to an approved repair shop faster than you can say, 'Help, I’ve had an accident.' Moreover, all repairs are backed by a lifetime guarantee, ensuring your peace of mind.
We'll pay £150 towards your excess fee if you're responsible for an accident. How do we do this? When you come to collect your car after repairs are completed, we'll provide credit against your excess payment of £150. In order for us to credit £150 you must be using one of our approved BS 10125 repairers.
**For personal injury where the service is offered at No win no Fee this means that a customer will typically pay 42% Inclusive of VAT of any amount recovered by a panel solicitor although this will be subject to your individual circumstances and the actual fee may be less than this, but it will never be more. A cancellation fee may be charged by a third party/panel solicitor if you cancel outside the cooling off period. We may receive a fee for introducing you to a third party/panel solicitor, this does not affect any compensation you may receive.
Whether you’ve had a bump, a bang or a boom, we’re here to make things easier after any accident. Because unlike your insurer, your wellbeing is our number one concern. Not the amount we’re about to shell out on helping you.

They say you can never be too prepared. But in the Claimsline Club, that’s exactly what you will be.
Honestly, there isn’t one. We manage your whole claim for you — from the second you report it to the minute you're paid out. And, best of all, it won’t cost you a penny. The financial and legal obligation all rests on the at-fault insurance company and we’ll deal with them directly, on your behalf.
Dealing with your insurer can be a car crash in itself. And that’s if you manage to get through to them. We avoid any third wheeling, dealing with everything on your behalf. Not just saving you the stress and time, but protecting you from that god-awful elevator music they’d have you listening to.
Believing in complete transparency, we make sure you’re never hit by any hidden costs — or any nasty surprises along the way.
Your claim is covered through your membership and, if the accident wasn't your fault, we recover all costs from the other party's insurer.
We also don’t charge you extra if you are at fault. Quite the opposite. We’ll put £150 towards your excess, so you’re only responsible for any uninsured costs, such as the remaining policy excess amount.
The only time we would charge you is if we find out you’re making a fraudulent claim — for example, a staged accident. In this situation, you’d be liable for all hire car charges.
Not one bit.
If you claim through us and it’s not your fault, you won't pay a penny of excess and we’ll protect your no-claims. Even if you are at fault, we’ll put £150 towards your excess.
The only thing that could potentially change is your insurance premium, but even that wouldn’t increase as much as if your insurer handled the claim.
